Our Guarantee We want you to love your Sunora Mat. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
How to Start a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, simply contact us at support@sunora.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sunora.uk with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items We're unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been used.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery.
